Returns & Refunds Policy

At Fresa Official, we hope you love your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Fresa Official will only cover return shipping costs if the item received is damaged or faulty.

  • Any claim regarding a damaged or defective item must be supported with clear photographs showing the issue.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Fresa Official reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions outlined above.
